You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. If you believe your account is compromised, you must notify us immediately.

4. Data Backups

We do not guarantee the permanent storage or availability of your files. While we take reasonable steps to maintain the service, data loss, outages, or removal of content may occur.

You are solely responsible for keeping your own backups of any files, images, or data you upload. The service should not be relied on as your only copy or long-term storage solution.

We are not liable for any loss of data, files, or content, regardless of cause.

5. Service Changes

We may suspend, modify, or terminate the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in our jurisdiction. Any disputes must be resolved under that law.

7. Content Restrictions

• Adult / Sexual Content: No pornography, sexually explicit material, fetish content, or other adult-oriented material. Content involving minors (including fictional depictions) is strictly forbidden AND will be reported.
• Illegal or Harmful Material: No promotion or depiction of illegal activity, abusive or harassing behavior, hate speech, threats, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
• Security Threats & Abuse: No malware, viruses, phishing, scams, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service.
• Third-Party Compliance: Any content or activity that violates PluralKit (PK) or SimplyPlural (SP) Terms of Service is not allowed.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or report any content that violates these rules, and may suspend or ban accounts for severe or repeated violations.

8. Illegal Activity

Any illegal images or materials uploaded will be reported to the appropriate authorities, along with any available user data (including IP addresses).
